Casey Santoro recorded the first triple double in program history in Saturday’s win over Clarion. Santoro had 16 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists in the win as Kent State improved to 8-1 on the season. The Flashes moved up to number 13 in the latest Mid-Major Top 25 poll as they look to wrap up the non-conference in stellar fashion. Kent State will host Florida State at the MACC on Tuesday, Dec. 21 at 4 p.m.

Wrestling to Open MAC Play This Weekend
Colin McCracken defeated a pair of MAC-ranked wrestlers and finished second in the 184-pound bracket at the Cleveland State Open last weekend. It was the final tune-up for the Golden Flashes, who start MAC competition this weekend at the Huskie Duals.
Gymnastics Completes Blue-Gold Scrimmage
Kent State women’s gymnastics completed its annual Blue-Gold Scrimmage Sunday at the M.A.C. Center. The Golden Flashes will start the regular season at home on Jan. 16, when they host Illinois and Northern Illinois at 1 p.m.
