Haxton will compete on the uneven bars, Guns and Franz on floor, and DeCavitch on all-around.

KENT STATE WINS BATTLE OF FLASHES, 17-14
Megan Kozar scored five goals and led the Golden Flashes to a 17-14 comeback win over the Saint Francis Red Flash in weekend women’s lacrosse action. The Golden Flashes will be back in action on Saturday afternoon, hosting Detroit Mercy in a MAC battle at 4 p.m.
Continuing athletics’ mission of being student-athlete centered, coach led and administrator supported, the Golden Flashes have opened the Flashes “Fueling Station” for all student-athletes.
The mission of the fueling station is to provide high-performance nutrition strategies that keep Kent State student-athletes in the game, while prioritizing individualized nutrition to promote peak performance, facilitate recovery, and prevent injury and illness. Modeled after successful fueling stations in professional sports and major colleges, Flashes Fuel will help personalize meals, snacks and supplements for more than 450 student-athletes across 19 varsity sports.
Unlike many fueling stations that are isolated within an athletic department, Flashes Fuel is a collaborative effort specifically designed to contribute to the broader academic and research missions of the university.
