Flashes Secure 23rd Straight MAC Women’s Golf Title
For the 23rd consecutive season, the MAC Women's Golf Trophy will be headed to Kent, Ohio. The Golden Flashes kept their unbeaten streak alive and wrapped up the MAC Championship with an 18-stroke victory over second place Northern Illinois.
Athletics Annual Scholarship Auction a Win for Attendees and Student-Athletes Alike
The 10th Annual Athletics Scholarship Auction returned to the MAC Center floor last Friday and was a rousing success with more than $120,000 raised for student-athlete scholarships and 300+ guests in attendance.
"It was great to have everyone back in the MAC Center supporting the core purpose of what we do, and that's to provide access to higher education through scholarships," said Director of Athletics Randale L. Richmond. "Thank you to all those who supported our student-athletes and made the evening a tremendous success."

Men’s Golf Finishes Fourth at Kepler Collegiate, Final Tuneup Before MAC Championship
The Kent State Men's Golf team tied for fourth place at the Robert Kepler Intercollegiate after finishing one-over par on Sunday afternoon. The Flashes were the top MAC finisher in the tournament, besting four other schools by at least 22 strokes.
Softball to Dedicate Devine Diamond This Weekend
The Golden Flashes will dedicate the new Devine Diamond in between games of Saturday’s scheduled doubleheader with Western Michigan. The Golden Flashes Club and Kent State Athletics encourage you to join us in the dedication and field naming of longtime Kent State Athletics ambassador and supporter Judy Devine.
Track and Field Shines at Indiana Invite
The distance runners set the stage with a big night on Friday and the hurdlers and throwers followed suit over the weekend as the Flashes set program records throughout the Indiana Invite.
Flashes Blast Six Homers in Sunday Win
Kent State tied the recent team record with six homers on Sunday in a run-away 17-10 victory over Miami. The team heads to “The School Down the Road” (Akron) this weekend for a Wagon Wheel showdown.
