Flashes Fight for the Wagon Wheel Saturday at Dix Stadium
Flashes football will once again clash with TSDTR (Akron) this Saturday at Dix Stadium. The wagon wheel has been held by Kent State for 1,106 days following Kent State’s 38-0 shutout last year at the Zips InfoCision Stadium. Kickoff is set for noon this Saturday, Oct. 22. Get to Dix Stadium early so you don’t miss any of the action! Make sure to check out the "Know Before You Go" for updated parking and traffic info.

Golden Flashes Announce FlaSHEs WILL Campaign
The Athletic Department is excited to announce the FlaSHEs WILL giving campaign, a partnership with Judy Devine, M.A. ’70, emeritus senior associate athletics director, as part of the 50 years of Title IX yearlong celebration.
The FlaSHEs WILL campaign provides scholarship and other program resources to our female student-athletes and athletic programs. Devine has established the Judith K. Devine Equity Endowment. All funds raised through the FlaSHEs WILL campaign will go into theDevine Equity Endowment.

Busy Week Begins Against Bobcats at MAC Center
The Kent State Volleyball team will play three matches in four days, starting with a battle against Ohio inside the MAC Center on Tuesday. The Golden Flashes will travel to Buffalo for contests on Thursday and Friday. All three matches are scheduled for 6 p.m.
It’s Neon Night at Dix Stadium!
The Flashes soccer team will face Ball State at Dix Stadium Thursday at 7 p.m. in an important match between two of the top teams in the MAC. With a win, Kent State would move up to second place in the MAC. Thursday is neon night, so be sure to bring out your best and brightest gear!
Flashes Finish Fall Ball Season in #CureFA Game
Flashes baseball will travel to Southern Indiana Oct. 22 and finish their fall ball season. The 2 p.m. exhibition game will benefit the fight against Friedreich's's Ataxia (FA), a degenerative neuromuscular disorder that affects one in 50,000 people in the United States. Big Road Test Ahead Before Flashes Return Home for Wagon Wheel Game
After opening their season with a pair of strong top-four finishes, the Kent State Women's Golf team will head to the heartland for this year's Sunflower Invitational.
The Flashes were ranked No. 20 in this year's initial Golf Week rankings and will be in good company in Kansas, facing the likes of No. 12 Arizona and No. 23 Nebraska.
The Golden Flashes men’s and women’s basketball teams start their 2022-23 season Thursday, Oct. 27, for their annual pre-season showcase as part of Kent State Athletics’ Halloweekent.
Doors to the MAC Center open at 6:30 p.m. with the basketball showcase starting at 7:30 p.m. The first 200 fans through the door will receive a free Kent State mini basketball. Ahmaad Crump, the in-arena voice of the Cleveland Cavaliers, will host this exciting event.
Halloween ’n Hoops is free and open to the public, and children are invited to trick-or-treat throughout the MAC Center at stations hosted by Kent State athletic teams from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
