You are Invited to Participate in Kent Nursing’s Project ECHO® Hub
Next Session: 1/14/2020Community providers, faculty and students involved in integrated care, are invited to join a team of investigators at Kent State University College of Nursing who are using video teleconferencing technology, known as Project ECHO®, to reduce healthcare disparities and improve access to high quality care. Currently there are four locations in Ohio that house Project ECHO® Hubs, however Kent State’s Team Building for Successful Integrated Care, is the first hub housed in a college of nursing.
Unlike an academic setting where instructors exclusively provide knowledge to students, Project ECHO® participants will have the opportunity to learn from specialists and each other. Click here for more information about the College of Nursing’s Project ECHO® hub.
To join the Team Building for Successful Integrated Care TeleECHO Program, please email NursingECHO@kent.edu. There is no cost or membership to participate, however, participants will need access to a smartphone or computer webcam. Calling in through telephone is also an option. The next session will take place on Tue., Jan. 14, 2020.
