Dear Alumni and Friends:
The Kent State College of Business Administration started the year off strong with a number of impactful events planned and significant achievements.
I am happy to share that Kent State University’s Online MBA program ranked among the top 100 programs in the nation by U.S. News & World Report on its 2019 Best Online MBA Programs list.
In January, the college hosted the first Global Management Speaker Series of the year, presented by Citizens Bank and featuring Hyland CEO Bill Priemer. This event was held at the City Club of Cleveland, giving the college and current students an opportunity to connect with business partners and alumni in the area.
Authenica founder Craig Lucas ’86 presented the winter Michael D. Solomon Entrepreneurship Speaker Series in February, sharing his inspiring story and giving tips on succeeding through adversity.
The next few months will bring more impactful speakers and events to Kent State. I invite you to join us on campus for these events and learn how the college continues to make an impact.
Deborah Spake, Ph.D.
